Rest assured, our scratch and dent appliances receive the same care and attention as our brand-new ones throughout the delivery and installation process. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that someone be available to greet our team upon delivery and that a clear path is provided to the appliance’s designated location. Your satisfaction is our priority.

We’ll hold your appliance for free for up to 2 weeks until you’re ready to come to get it. When you arrive, a friendly employee will assist with loading the appliance into your vehicle.
- Our professional loading dock makes for super easy flatbed pickups! If you plan to pick up your appliances, please call at least 1 day in advance to ensure a worker is available to help properly remove and load all units with care.
- In order to ensure customer safety, we do not permit the loading and unloading of appliances without assistance from a Synergy Appliances employee. We will hold your purchased appliance(s) for FREE for up to two weeks. A $25 holding fee will be charged weekly going forward.
When you just need to get the appliance to your curbside or garage but don’t need installation, we can deliver your appliance and haul away the old appliance if it has been uninstalled and moved to the drop off location.
- FREE Haul-away for old appliances if left in the drop-off location.
- Ask us about Same-Day Delivery! Availability is limited and works on a First-Come, First-Serve Basis
- Appliances will be left at curbside, garage, or front porch. Location must be specified during purchase if preferred.
- Delivery/Drop-off does not include bringing any items inside or hooking up/installing.
